HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. instant minced onin
2 tbsp. flour
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced cooked carrots
1 (2 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
1 c. sour cream
1/2 of 10 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked

Combine hamburger, salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion and flour n large skillet. Cook meat until it's not red in color. Add soup; stir until hot. Stir in carrots, mushrooms and sour cream just before serving. Warm through. Serve with noodles. Yields 4-6 servings.
