POULET PROVINCIAL 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli or 2 c. fresh
Cooked chicken, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli until tender. Drain and arrange broccoli in baking dish. Place chicken on top.

Combine mayonnaise, soups, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Pour melted butter over bread crumbs. Mix and put on top of casserole. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. (Can add peas if desired.)
