APPLE-RAISIN PIE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
34/ tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped, unpared apples
1 c. raisins
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 unbaked 10 inch pie shell

Cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla; beating well. Stir in apples, raisins, and pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
