PUMPKIN CHEESE CAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin pie mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Grease a spring-form cake pan. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place all ingredients in a blender on high until blended well. Pour batter into pan and bake 45 minutes at 350°F. When cool, top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
