SWISS OVEN OMELET 
6 slices partially cooked bacon
1 tbsp. bacon fat
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
8 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Kraft natural Swiss cheese, sliced and cut into strips

Cook onion in bacon fat. Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; beat. Add onion and parsley. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole; add strips of cheese. Top with bacon slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve immediately. 6 servings.
