CARROT PUDDING | |
1 bunch carrots & 2 carrots, parboiled & grated 1 c. flour 3 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. raisins or prunes Salt to taste Beat sugar and oil together. Add eggs, then grated carrots and dry ingredients. Mix well. Add raisins or prunes. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
