STRAWBERRY TORTE 
1 pkg. honey graham crackers, crushed
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 qt. fresh strawberries, washed, dried, hulled & sliced
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped

Set aside 1/2 cup of the cracker crumbs.

Line a 7"x11" pan with the remaining crumbs. Cream butter and sugar and mix thoroughly. Add eggs, one at a time and beat thoroughly. Spread mixture over crumbs. Spread strawberries over butter mixture. Top with whipped cream and remaining crumbs. Chill 6 to 8 hours.
