HUMMUS 
3 c. cooked garbanzos
Juice to cover garbanzos in blender
2/3 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. tahini

Whiz in blender until smooth. Make thicker or thinner by varying the amount of liquid used. Serve as a salad dressing, a dressing for falafel sandwiches, or as a dip.
