INDIVIDUAL PORK TENDERLOIN | |
2 (1 to 1 1/2 lbs. each) boneless pork tenderloin, halved 8 slices bacon 1 to 2 c. Russian dressing Cut each tenderloin in half. Wrap bacon around each portion; secure it with a toothpick. Marinate in Russian dressing for 24 hours. Place on a roasting pan and cook 50 minutes at 375 degrees or until the internal temperature is 160 degrees. Do not overcook. Also delicious cooked on grill. |
