OYSTER STEW 
1 pt. oysters, standard
1 qt. milk
1 stick butter
Salt, pepper, parsley, Old Bay seasoning

In 2 quart heavy pot, heat butter until it melts over medium heat. Pour oysters and liquor into hot butter. Stir for 2-3 minutes until oysters begin to curl around the edges. Add 1 quart of milk and heat through, but do not boil. Add salt, pepper, Old Bay Seasoning and parsley to taste. Serves 4.
