OYSTER STEW 
1/4 c. onion, minced
1 garlic clove
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. oysters & liquid
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. half & half

Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add oysters and simmer 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, add sour cream and half and half. Heat and serve.
