CHILI - JACK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
15 oz. chili with beans
1 c. sour cream
2 c. coarsely crushed corn chips
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. half & half or milk
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Brown onion and hamburger. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce and oregano. Simmer 5 minutes. Mix eggs with milk and gradually stir in tomato sauce mixture. Salt a little. In a 2 quart casserole, make layers, using 1/2 hamburger- tomato mixture, chili, cubed Monterey Jack cheese, and corn chips. Repeat layers. Spoon on dollops of sour cream and top with Cheddar cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add 5 to 10 minutes if casserole has been prepared beforehand and refrigerated.
