CHICKEN BROCCOLI DIVAN 
1 lb. broccoli, cut into 2-inch flowerets, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed broccoli cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In 10 x 6 inch baking dish or 1 1/2 quart casserole, arrange broccoli and chicken. In small bowl, combine soup and milk. Pour over broccoli and chicken.

2. In cup, combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake 10 minutes or until hot.

Makes 4 main-dish servings. Preparation time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 10 minutes.

To microwave: IN 10 x 6 inch microwave-safe baking dish, arrange broccoli and chicken. In small bowl, combine soup and milk. Pour over broccoli and chicken. In cup, combine bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle over top. Cover with waxed paper, microwave on High 6 minutes or until hot, rotating dish halfway through heating.

TIP: To vary the flavor of this 20-minute casserole, sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese over soup mixture before topping with the crumb mixture.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
