BARBECUED GARLIC CHICKEN 
2 sm. tender chickens
8 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. olive oil

Cut chicken in half or quarters. Mix remaining ingredients to make a marinade sauce. Reserve 1/2 cup of sauce and rub the remainder into the chicken. Marinate 2 to 4 hours. Barbecue or grill the chicken, basting frequently with the reserved marinade. Serve hot.
