MEXICAN HOTDISH 
2 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2-2 lb. hamburger
1 diced green pepper
2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 tomato
2 c. Cheddar cheese
Taco chips
2 cans tomato soup

Brown hamburger and pepper. Drain. Mix cooked rice, seasoning and hamburger mixture with soup. Top with sliced tomato, taco chips and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
