CHICKEN VALHALLA 
4 thin slices baked ham, cut in half
4 whole chicken breasts, cut in half & boned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Irish liqueur (optional)
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced

In baking dish, arrange slices of ham so they fit snugly. On each ham slice, place a 1/2 chicken breast, skin side up. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over all, covering chicken completely.

Bake in preheated oven 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve on bed of rice or wild rice. Serves 4 to 6.
