CHILI 'N CHEDDAR 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 lg. can tomato puree
1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. barbeque sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. chili powder
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (opt.)

Cook ground beef in skillet until brown. Drain the fat. Put ground beef and all other ingredients except for beans in large pot and cook on medium about 20 minutes. Add beans and let cook another 20 minutes until done. Enjoy as is or sprinkle bowl of hot chili with shredded cheddar cheese.
