MEXICAN STUFF 
1 can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. chorizo
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 can chopped Ortega chilies
1 bottle green taco sauce
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Garnishes: radishes, olives, sour cream

Brown ground beef, chorizo, onions and garlic together. Drain off fat. Layer in casserole: beans, ground beef mixture, chilies, taco sauce, and grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees until bubbly, about 20-25 minutes. 6 servings.
