LEMON CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon extract

GLAZE:

1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar

Mix cake mix, salt and eggs, one at a time. Blend in cooking oil and lemon extract. Dissolve package of gelatin in boiling water. Let it cool. Add to cake mixture. Bake in greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.

FOR GLAZE: Mix juice and sugar and boil until sugar dissolves. Pour over hot cake.
