CHEESY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 lb. chicken or 6 chicken breasts
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 or 3 pkg. frozen broccoli (or 1-2 heads)

Cook chicken until tender, cool and remove skin and break or slice into manageable pieces.

Mix milk, salts and 1/2 Parmesan cheese and cream cheese into top of double boiler until smooth.

Cook and drain broccoli, arrange in lightly greased casserole; pour 1 cup of sauce over.

Layer all of chicken on top of this. Pour rest of sauce over and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
