PAN SET 
1 whole chicken
3 carrots, cut into 1/2x1/2 inch pieces
3 celery stalks, cut like carrots
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
Small amount garlic
Soy sauce to taste
3 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. Bihon noodles

Boil chicken until done (45 minutes). Remove chicken and broth reserving 1 cup broth from pan. Debone chicken. Put chicken back in pan and darken with about 1/4 cup soy sauce. Saute carrots, celery and mushrooms and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil in separate pan. Add to chicken along with onions and broth. Soak bihon noodles in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain noodles and add to chicken mixture. Cook until no liquid left. Add more soy sauce if you like.
