1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/4 c. butter
3-4 c. miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. white syrup
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. peanut butter chips
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 (12 oz.) can cocktail peanuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together first 3 ingredients. Put in 9"x13" pan and bake for 18 minutes. Turn off oven. Remove pan from oven. Place marshmallows on top and return to oven a minute or two, until marshmallows melt.
