OVERNIGHT BUNS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
10 to 11 c. flour

Soak yeast in 1/4 cup warm water with 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Add other ingredients and mix well. Add 4 to 5 cups of the flour and beat well. Add remaining flour. Start at 4 to 5 p.m. Knead dough every 1 1/2 hours. At around 10 p.m., shape into buns and place in greased pans. Cover with cloth and then plastic. Leave in cool room overnight. Early in morning, bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
