MY VALENTINE'S ICEBOX PIE 
1 can sour cherries, pitted
2 (8 inch) graham cracker crust
2 each lemons, juiced
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Drain cherries. Gradually stir juice of 2 lemons into the milk. Add drained cherries and pecans. Whip cream until firm, fold into cherry mixture. Pour into crust. Chill until set - several hours.

COMMENT: You may substitute 1 pint halved strawberries for the cherries -- wow!
