VENISON MARINADE 
3/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. garlic

Makes 1 1/2 cups for 2 pound venison. Let venison soak for 24 hours. Stirring every 4 hours or so.
