PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. pasta, rotini shells or linguini
1 bunch broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
2 med. tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 carrots, chopped
1 (12 oz.) bottle zesty Italian dressing
1 pkg. Good Seasons dry Italian mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
Pepper
If desired: ripe olives (sliced), mushrooms (sliced), zucchini (sliced)

Cook pasta to regular tenderness, drain and let cool. Chop all vegetables to bite size pieces. Add to pasta in large bowl. Add dry Italian mix, Cheddar cheese, sprinkle with pepper and Parmesan cheese. Mix all together with bottled Italian dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
