ANGEL'S DELIGHT 
15 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 sm. container cottage cheese
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans

Bring pineapple and sugar to a boil; add Jello. Stir to dissolve. Cool; add cottage cheese, Cool Whip and pecans. Mix well and chill.
