OLD FASHIONED MACARONI AND
CHEESE
 
6-7 oz. elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook macaroni. Place half the macaroni in ungreased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with 1/2 the onion, salt, pepper and cheese. Repeat. Pour heavy cream over casserole. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove cover and cook for 15 minutes.
