SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can evaporated milk
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Form balls. Bake on a cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. dry parsley
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
1 c. Italian tomato sauce

Simmer for 15 minutes. Add meat balls and keep warm until time to serve.
