4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
8-10 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Or Nestle's powdered chocolate for baking.

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix well. Pour into lightly greased 9"x12" pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes (brownies will start to pull away from sides of pan slightly). Cool and cut into squares.

NOTE: It was a tradition for the Brownie Girl Scouts at the American School in Sao Paulo to make and sell these brownies at the Thanksgiving Day celebration.
