Non-stick spray coating
1 1/2 lbs. of chocolate flavored confectioners coating
4 tbsp. peanut butter
14 c. of popped corn
3 c. rice cereal
2 1/2 c. peanuts

Spray large cookie sheet with non-stick spray; set aside. In large microwave- safe bowl combine chocolate and peanut butter. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring after each minute.

Meanwhile, in a very large mixing bowl combine popcorn, cereal, and peanuts. Pour warm chocolate mixture over popcorn mixture, tossing to coat well. Spread onto cookie sheet; cool thoroughly. Break apart and store in tight container. Makes 22 cups.
