CHOCOLATE POPCORN 
Popped popcorn
3 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter

Pop about 3/4 cup popcorn kernels; salt and butter and set aside. In saucepan combine granulated sugar, cocoa and milk; boil together until some of the mixture forms a ball in cold water.

Stir in butter and beat until slightly stiff but pourable. Pour over popped corn and mix while pouring.

NOTE: Use a buttered roaster or LARGE bowl. Cool on waxed paper.
