AMY'S LEMON BUTTER PASTA 
12 oz. Cavatelli's pasta
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. lemon pepper

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until done. Drain. Melt butter over low heat. Stir in lemon peel, lemon juice and lemon pepper. Toss drained pasta with lemon sauce while hot. Serves 4.

Not bad, a little too lemony for my taste though. However it did go well with these lemony lamb chops.
