BUDGET STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
8-12 oz. wide noodles
2 c. water
2 beef bouillon
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. coffee powder

Brown hamburger and drain off fat. Boil noodles in 4 quart saucepan and drain. Boil the 2 cups of water and add bouillon and coffee until dissolved. Put beef water into skillet with hamburger and add onions and soup. Mix thoroughly and add cooked noodles and sour cream. Cook only until heated through and serve. Makes 6 servings.
