ANGEL SALAD 
1 tbsp. butter
2 beaten egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. cream, whipped
Walnuts, cut up
3/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/4 lb. marshmallows
Grapes, cut up

Mix egg yolks, sugar, vinegar, milk, salt; cook over boiling water until thick, stirring constantly. Add marshmallows; stir until dissolved. Cool and fold in whipped cream. Fold in nuts, pineapple and grapes. Chill.
