ANGEL SALAD | |
1 c. marshmallows, chopped 1 lb. white grapes 1 c. pineapple 1/2 c. walnuts, crushed 1/2 c. whipped cream 2/3 c. pineapple juice 1 egg 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. cornstarch Chop the marshmallows, grapes and pineapple. Mix the marshmallows and fruit, add the crushed nuts. Makes a cooked dressing of the egg, sugar, cornstarch and pineapple juice. Cool dressing and add whipped cream. Combine dressing with salad mixture and serve on lettuce. |
