CENTENNIAL COLESLAW 
1/2 med. cabbage
1/2 sm. red cabbage
2 carrots, shredded
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. raisins

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Shred cabbages. Add carrots, green pepper and raisins. Place 1/2 cabbage mixture in a bowl, pour 1/2 of the sauce over it. Add rest of cabbage mixture and rest of sauce. Press down with hand or large spoon, cover and refrigerate overnight.
