1 pkg. white cake mix
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
1 tsp. peppermint extract
Green food coloring
1 c. choc. chips

Prepare cake mix as directed on package, except reduce water to 1/2 cup and use 2 eggs. Mix in other ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet 1 minutes.
