MARY'S PUMPKIN APPLE BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. apple, peeled and chopped

Instead of spices and canned pumpkin, you can substitute canned pumpkin pie filling.

Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, soda, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Combine eggs, pumpkin and oil in small bowl. Mix well. Mix dry ingredients until moist and stir in apples. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Serve!
