FROTHY ORANGE SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. orange jello
1 c. boiling water
1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz.)
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 c. whipped cream (whipped, no sugar)

Dissolve jello in boiling water, and mix in orange sherbet. When partially set, add oranges and fold in whipped cream. Chill in bowl or 1 1/2 quart ring mold.
