1 roll refrigerator slice and bake type peanut butter cookies or 1 roll refrigerator slice and bake type sugar cookies
45 chocolate kiss candies or miniature peanut butter cup candies or 45 chocolate chip with almond candies

Slice dough into nine equal slices; cut each slice into five pieces. Put one piece in each section of a mini-muffin pan that has been greased or lined with a paper. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. While they are in the oven, unwrap the candy. When the cookies are taken from the oven, immediately press one candy into each cookie center. Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Remove carefully and place on a paper towel until completely cooled. You may find that you can stretch this recipe into more cookies, if you prefer less "cookie" around your candy!
