9 c. of any Chex cereal
1 c. Hershey's chocolate chips
1/2 c. Reese's peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Pour cereal into large bowl and set aside. Combine chips, peanut butter and butter in 1 quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until smooth, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal. Stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Then pour cereal mixture into large zipper bag with powdered sugar. Seal. Shake until all pieces are well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool.
