HOT MILK SPONGE CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. hot milk
1 tsp. butter
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs well. Add sugar and blend. Mix baking powder with flour. Add flour mixture and hot milk alternately to eggs and sugar until mixed. Add butter to hot milk. Add vanilla. Bake in funnel pan.

GLAZE FOR CAKE: Heat 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons milk over low heat, stirring constantly just until butter is melted. Add to 1 cup 10x sugar and stir until smooth. Add orange extract to taste. Pour over cake.
