MARBLE CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 square Baker's unsweetened chocolate, melted

CRUST: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9" springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.

FILLING: Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Blend chocolate into 1 cup batter. Spoon plain and chocolate batters alternately over crust; cut through batters with knife several times for marble effect.

Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees; continue baking 30 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
