CHICKEN IN CREAMY SAUCE 
2 lbs. chicken pieces
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Accent
Pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. milk

Coat chicken pieces evenly with mixture of flour, paprika, Accent and pepper. Butter a large shallow baking dish. Arrange chicken in a single layer, skin-side down, in dish. Drizzle melted butter over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn chicken and bake 20 minutes longer.

Meanwhile blend together the soup, ginger and milk. Pour sauce over chicken and bake 15 minutes, or until thickened pieces are tender when pierced with a fork.
