CHICKEN RING 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. cooked chicken pieces
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
1/4 c. diced pimento
1 c. canned peas
1 tsp. salt
4 c. Bisquick mix
1 1/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
Herbed gravy

Saute onion until tender. Add chicken, olives, pimento, peas, salt. Heat oven to 425 degrees.

In bowl, combine Bisquick and milk. Turn out on floured surface, knead 10 times. Roll into 10x20 inch rectangle. Spoon chicken mixture down center of dough. Fold lengthwise until edges meet, pinch together.

Shape into a ring. Cut slices in dough every 2 inches so filling shows. Brush with beaten egg. Bake 30 minutes until golden. Make Herbed Gravy to pass.
