BEST MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
4 lg. eggs
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. ground sage
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
3 slices bread, cubed
2/3 c. hot milk

Beat cubed bread in hot milk until it is smooth like a roux and mix ALL ingredients thoroughly. Fill pans to 3/4 inch from top. This will fill a 2 pound bread pan and a 1 pound bread pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven: 2 pounds for 2 hours; 1 hour for 1 hour.

Thirty minutes before done, spread top with catsup or chili sauce as a glaze and continue baking. 2 pound pan serves 10; 1 pound pan serves 4.
