BEST MEATLOAF EVER 
2 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced green pepper
2 eggs
2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. bottled horseradish (Kelchners)
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. ketchup

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease shallow baking pan. Break eggs into large bowl, beat slightly with fork. Add meat, toss lightly until just blended. Add crumbs, onion, green pepper and horseradish.

Add next 4 ingredients. Mix lightly with fork. Shape into oval loaf in bowl, turn into greased pan. Spread meat with 1/2 cup ketchup. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 6.
