BROCCOLI SALAD 
16-20 oz. frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
1 sm. red sweet onion, sliced
7 slices turkey bacon, sliced in 1 inch pieces and microwaved on high for 5 min.
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 - 3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 pkgs. Equal
2 tbsp. dry red wine or red wine vinegar

Combine broccoli, peas, onion, bacon and cheese. Stir mayonnaise, Equal and wine or vinegar together, then stir into broccoli mixture. Chill or serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
