BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. bunch broccoli
1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped Spanish olives
1 c. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
6 hard cooked eggs
1 sm. sweet onion
Salt and pepper

Cook broccoli (I usually use only the florets) slightly and drain well. Chop all very fine and combine. This can be made the day before to let flavors blend.
